Do Indian passport holders need transit visa for France?
India ( Since July 23, 2018, France has abolished the Airport Transit Visa regime for Indian citizens. Despite that Indian passport holders no longer need an ATV to transit through the international zone of French Airports, they still need a regular short-stay visa to leave French airports and visit France.)
Do I need visa for connecting flight in France?
If you have a connection between two airports in the Schengen Area, or if the airport through which you wish to enter the French territory is closed overnight for the duration of the transit, you must hold a valid short-stay Schengen visa. The same rules apply as for transit through metropolitan France (see above).

Paris Aéroport are open and welcome connecting passengers between flights. You must get tested before traveling as they will not be able to get tested during their transfer if a RT-PCR test or antigenic is required by your final destination.
